We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations (GDPR, BDSG) and this privacy policy.

3. Server Log Files

When you visit this website, the hosting provider (dogado GmbH) automatically collects and stores information that your browser transmits to us in "server log files":

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address (anonymized)

This data is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable website operation). Retention period: max. 7 days.

4. Contact Form

If you send us a message via the contact form, the information you provide (type of message, content, optional email address) will be transmitted to us by email for the purpose of processing your inquiry. No data is shared with third parties.

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time. Data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose of processing.

5. Hosting

This website is hosted by: dogado GmbH, Antonio-Segni-Straße 11, 44143 Dortmund, Germany. A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with this provider.

6. The Raw Habits App

The mobile app stores all habit data, reflections and settings exclusively locally on your device. There is no account, no login and no server that can see your content. We do not perform profiling or tracking.

For in-app purchases (Premium) we use RevenueCat as a billing provider, along with the Apple App Store and Google Play. The privacy terms of these services can be found on the respective provider websites.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access information about your stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Deletion of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
